Wise Minds

Training and Consultancy

Businesses are increasingly aware that mental health issues contribute to a loss of productivity, absenteeism, presenteeism and injuries in the workplace. Employers of choice recognise their duty of care for the wellbeing of their employees, which helps to attract and retain high-quality staff.

We offer various training and consultancy programs for industry and community sectors*. RAW offers a grants program to community groups who would like to receive free mental health and suicide prevention training. We offer a series of free workshops each year, and if you would like to apply, please complete our Expressions of Interest form, and return it to admin@rawtas.com.au.

What our clients have said about us

''It's a great course - comprehensive but not overwhelming. It's made me feel a lot more confident in my knowledge of mental health and also how to approach and assist someone facing difficulties with their mental health.''

''Instructor was brilliant as he allowed questions throughout but managed to get the conversation back on track with the course. Was very engaging and made it very easy to understand the information.''

''The instructor was a fantastic presenter, especially in keeping us engaged. I especially liked how he was open to our group bringing up real life examples as this helped me gain a deeper understanding of the MHFA course material. He was fun and allowed a good laugh, but he was also disciplined enough to keep us on track.''
